🛡️ Cavern Cards – Refund & Returns Policy

At Cavern Cards, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of all our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our refund and returns policy below:

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged, not as described, or incorrectly fulfilled

The item remains sealed, unopened, and in original condition

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

Opened collectible items or trading cards

Buyer’s remorse or mistaken purchases

Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

📦 Return Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
